Someone gave me this recipe for Hollandaise Sauce and it works every time. This recipe is so much easier than putting the pan over boiling water and beating it until desired consistency. You can serve this sauce with just about everything. Enjoy!

- 1. Beat egg yolks, vinegar and cayenne together in mixer until thick and fluffy.
- 2. Reduce mixer speed and slowly add the melted butter.
