Cold Oven Chicken Recipe image

Number Of Ingredients 24

6-8 oz. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Oil
A seasoning from below;
Barbecue
1/4 cup barbecue seasoning
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 teaspoon ground celery seeds
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
Mustard Tarragon
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons course salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
1 tablespoon olive oil
Fresh Herb
1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
3 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
1 tablespoon chopped fresh meant
Three cloves minced garlic
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Starting with a cold oven, drizzle chicken breast with oil and one of the seasonings. Place in cold oven, set temperature to 450° and bake 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken hits 165°.
