Coffee Lover's Cheesecake image

Doesn't take much to transform this easy, rich and creamy plain cheesecake into a cheesecake for coffee fans: just about a third of a cup of coffee.

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/3 cup brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee or YUBAN Coffee (any variety), cooled
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Beat cream cheese and sugar with mixer until well blended. Add eggs and coffee; mix just until blended. Pour into crust.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool completely.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours.
