This yummy cracker spread tastes just like everyone's favorite restaurant appetizer-coconut shrimp! No frying required.

Yield Makes 2 cups spread or 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. spread and 5 crackers each.

Steps:
- Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended; spread onto bottom of disposable 9-inch foil pie pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with shrimp and coconut.
- Crush 6 crackers; sprinkle over coconut. Wrap pan in heavy-duty foil. Pack in cooler for transporting to tailgating party or other destination.
- Heat grill to medium heat. Grill foil-wrapped pan 12 to 14 min. or until spread is hot and bubbly around edge. Cool 5 min. Cut slits in foil to release steam before unwrapping pan. Serve spread with remaining crackers.
