Club 55 Haricots Verts image

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 (1 pound) bag ready-to-cook haricots verts (recommended: Greenline)
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup shaved Parmesan, garnish

Steps:

  • Place haricots verts in a large microwave-safe bowl with a 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 to 7 minutes. Remove and drain.
  • To haricots verts add sour cream, lemon juice, salt and freshly ground black pepper. Toss to coat. Garnish with shaved Parmesan and serve immediately.
