Classic Lemon Pepper Chicken image

Two of the most popular flavors, black pepper and lemon, are perfectly blended together in this versatile seasoning. Use Lemon & Pepper Seasoning on meat, chicken, fish and seafood salad.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
1 pound thinly sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Mix flour and Seasoning in shallow dish. Moisten chicken lightly with water. Coat evenly with seasoned flour.
  • Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Cook 1/2 of the chicken pieces 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with remaining chicken, adding additional butter if necessary. Cooking Tips Variation: To make a pan sauce for the chicken, remove cooked chicken from skillet; keep warm. Stir 3/4 cup chicken broth into the skillet. Bring to boil on medium-high heat. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. To serve, spoon sauce over chicken.
