Classic Coleslaw Dressing image

This recipe makes enough to dress 8-9 cups of shredded cabbage and vegetables. From The Bon Appetit Test Kitchen, June 2011.

Number Of Ingredients 10

2/3 c mayonnaise
1/4 c minced onion
3 Tbsp minced dill pickle
2 Tbsp pickle brine
2 Tbsp distilled white vinegar
1 Tbsp prepared white horseradish
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp celery seeds
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Whisk all ingredients in a medium bowl to blend.
  • 2. DO AHEAD: Can be made 1 day ahead. Keep chilled.
