Zippy Horseradish Sauce image

Spicy and delicious -- just what you need to go with prime rib, pork, shrimp or even as a dipping sauce for steamed artichokes.

Number Of Ingredients 7

2/3 c reduced-fat sour cream
3 Tbsp prepared horseradish
2 Tbsp light mayonnaise
1 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)

Steps:

  • 1. Stir everything together in a small bow. Chill 1 hour.
  • 2. This sauce is wonderful with prime rib, steamed artichokes, pork, shrimp or even as a sandwich spread.
