Steps:
- 1. Combine ingredients, mix well. Pour into two greased 9x5 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees 40 min. Toothpick test.
- 2. Note: it took 60 min for toothpick to come out clean. I also tried it with other pudding flavors...and named it other things with the other puddings. Butterscotch (not a favorite) became Reindeer Poop Bread Coconut Cream (which is fantastic, and a definite favorite) became Dirty Snow Bread and this Pistachio Bread became Grinch Bread!
