Steps:
- *Preheat oven to 325 degrees 1. In large saucepan, cook cauliflower until crisp, but tender, drain well and set aside. 2. In same saucepan, saute peppers and mushrooms in butter for 2 minutes. 3. Add flour and gradually stir in milk. 4. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes stirring constantly. 5. Remove from heat. Stir in cheese until melted. 6. Add in pimentos and salt. 7. In a greased 2 quart casserole dish, place half of the cauliflower and top with half of the sauce. Repeat layers. 8. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
