Steps:
- 1. In medium bowl combine sugar or Stevia, flour and cocoa. Don't pack the cocoa you like darker add tiny bit more cocoa, Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.
- 2. Small bowl hold the wet ingredients. Pour 1 3/4 milk into a pot begin heat it up very low heat don't let get scorched. Take you other 1/4 cup milk pour it into well in the dry ingredients.
- 3. Crack the eggs in dry ingredients you can gently mix it together. Separate the egg whites. Use the egg yolk well in milk. Save the egg white for omelet.
- 4. Now the milk and egg are added to the dry ingredients, you can gently mix it together when the mixture is completely mix, add it to the warm milk. Make sure you are using low heat setting. Add one teaspoon of vanilla. Pour in pie filling into graham cracker crust.
- 5. Alternative Flavor: Banana Pudding Another variation I make banana pudding. Simply omit the cocoa and use 1/4 cup flour, crating vanilla pudding. In serving bowl about 2 quarts, pudding and banana slices.
