1 egg
1 pinch salt
1 tablespoon creme de menthe
2 cups whipped cream

Steps:

  • Combine first 5 ingredients in blender container.
  • Process on high for 1 minute.
  • Pour into serving dishes.
  • Chill until set.
  • Top with whipped cream.
