Chipotle-Lime Dipping Sauce image

Your chips, chicken nuggets, whole shrimp or anything you want to dip will love this. Recipe easily doubles or triples.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/2 - or 1 (depending on how hot you like it) canned chipotle in adobo, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon(s) adobo sauce from the chipotle can or more to taste
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
1 teaspoon(s) chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon(s) lime juice or to taste
1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
- salt to taste

Steps:

  • Mix together the finely chopped chipotle, adobo sauce, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, and cumin.
  • Taste and add salt, and adjust seasonings.
