This is a great appetizer or snack. It is best served at room temp or slightly warmed. It can be made ahead of time and re-heated or served right out of the oven. I often get asked to make this at pot lucks and family get togethers. This recipe can be halved to a 9X9" pan for a smaller portion.

Steps:
- 1. Butter or spray a 9X13(or similar size)baking dish
- 2. Mix the ortega chili's with the Jalapenos and spread half the mixture on the bottom of the baking dish
- 3. Mix the eggs, cheese and herbs and seasoning together and spread half this mixture over the top of the chili's.
- 4. layer the rest of the chili mixture over the egg mixture
- 5. Top with the remaining egg/cheese mixture
- 6. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes
- 7. Cut into 2" squares
