Creamy chicken salad made with red bell pepper, celery and Dijon mustard is also delicious served as an appetizer dip with crackers.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked, chopped
1/4 cup KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped red bell peppers
2 Tbsp. fat-free milk
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
NULL dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
thin wheat snack crackers

Steps:

  • Mix chicken, mayo, celery, red bell pepper, milk, mustard and ground red pepper in bowl. Cover.
  • Refrigerate. Serve as a dip with crackers.
