Chicken Quesadillas image

No need to break out the jalapeƱo peppers when you use chili sauce, and hot and spicy ketchup to make these Chicken Quesadillas!

1/2 cup HEINZ Chili Sauce
1/2 cup HEINZ Hot & Spicy Ketchup
1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
8 flour tortillas (8 inch)
3 cups shredded cooked chicken
2 cups KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
1 cup chopped red peppers
1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Steps:

  • Combine chili sauce and ketchup. Mix half the chili sauce mixture with sour cream until blended; reserve for later use.
  • Spread remaining chili sauce mixture onto tortillas; top with remaining ingredients. Fold tortillas in half.
  • Heat large heavy skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add 2 quesadillas; cook 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted and quesadillas are golden brown on both sides, turning after 3 min. Repeat with remaining quesadillas.
