CHICKEN & GREEN BEAN BAKE image

1 2/3 cups hot water
6 oz Traditional Sage Stuffing Mix
1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
10 3/4 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
10 oz frozen cut green beans, thawed

Steps:

  • 1. PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Season chicken breasts, top & bottom. Cut into 1-inch pieces and place in 13x9-inch baking dish. Mix soup and green beans; spoon evenly over chicken. 2. Add hot water to stuffing mix (in same bowl from green bean mixture); stir just until moistened. Set aside. 3. After all water is absorbed, top casserole with prepared stuffing. 4. BAKE 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. THAW: To quick-thaw frozen beans, microwave for about half the microwave cooking time listed on the package.
