Number Of Ingredients 15

1.Chicken---- 1Kg(cut into small pieces)
2.Cumin powder-- 1 tea spoon.
3.salt--- to taste.
3.whole red pepper-- 4 to 5 torn to pieces.
4.soy sauce---- 1 tea spoon.
6.worchestershire sauce---- 1 tea spoon.
7.white vinegar------- 2 Table spoons.
8.Garlic paste----- 1 tea spoon.
9.Ginger paste----- 1 tea spoon.
10.Mustard powder--- 1 tea spoon.
11.onion--- 2 medium sliced.
12.Tomatoes--- 3,4 cubed.
13.Black cardamom--- 1 whole.
14.Cinamon stick---- 1 inch stick.
15.olive oil----- 1/4 cup.

Steps:

  • Merinate chicken with all the ingredients except Tomatoes for one hour. In a deep pot add olive oil when hot add sliced onion. when gets lightly browned, add chicken with all the juices in it. Fry for sometime when chicken is no longer pink add tomatoes & cover with lid for 10 minutes on a very slow heat.Open the lid & dryout the liquid remaining in chicken. keep the gravy as reqired for your taste. Garnish with thinly sliced Ginger, fresh corinder& thinly sliced green chilis. Chicken Delight is ready to eat.
