Steps:
- Heat a small non-stick skillet sprayed with non-stick spray. Add onions and garlic and cook on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes until onions are golden brown. Cool onion and garlic mixture before adding it to the ground chicken. Place ground chicken in a bowl, add onions and garlic when cooled. Add Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Mix well. The mixture tends to be quite sticky. To shape burgers, dip your hands into cold water. Shake off excess water. Divide mixture into 4 and shape burgers. To cook, place burgers on a hot barbecue or hot grill pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Cook on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes per side.
