Chicken and Shrimp Fajita Nachos image

How to make Chicken and Shrimp Fajita Nachos

Number Of Ingredients 9

4 or 5 chicken tenders or 2 chicken breasts
1 c shrimp (1/2 lb)
1 pkg fajita seasoning
tortilla chips
1 c peppers (I used yellow and red, sliced)
1 c onion (I used red and a sweet onion, sliced)
Cheese (1 c Velveeta, melted or 1 c cheddar grated)
1/4 c feta cheese (crumbled)
Sriracha sauce (optional)

Steps:

  • Season chicken, shrimp, and sliced vegetables with fajita seasoning. Saute' chicken a couple minutes on med hi or until done and remove to platter. Saute' vegetables 3 to 4 minutes or to desired doneness, remove to platter. Heat chips in oven. Saute' shrimp 1 to 1/2 minutes, remove to platter. Remove chips from oven. Layer chicken, vegetables, shrimp then cheese on top of chips. Add a few drops of Sriracha sauce if desired. Serve immediately.
