Steps:
- Sauteed salt and peppered seasoned chicken in garlic, sprinkle with red pepper flakes and small amount of tarragon, add some chicken broth and white wine. Simmer till cooked and remov froem pan. Depending on how much liquid, remove some and save in case wanted at end. Saute onion and broccoli with a bit more garlic, add tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms, season with red pepper flakes. Liquid thickens with addition of feta. Add chopped fresh basil and serve on top of quinoa.
