Steps:
- Dice red pepper, put in container with garlic marinade. Pull tails off of shrimp, put in container with garlic marinade. Boil pasta until al-dente. Pan-fry red peppers with olive oil over medium heat. Liberally apply garlic and onion powder. Warm cooked shrimp on a pan over low heat, remove when warm. Simmer red sauce. Mix in gorgonzola cheese, remove when cheese is melted. Combine all ingredients and serve.
