Cheesy Ranch Potato Casserole image

Number Of Ingredients 6

10 to 12 red new potatoes
1/4 tsp. salt
cooking spray
prepared ranch dressing
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400. Put potatoes and salt in large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer just ti tender. Don't overcook.
  • 2. Spray a 9 x 13 inch casserole with cooking spray. Coat the bottom of the casserole thoroughly with ranch dressing. Drain potatoes and transfer to the casserole. Top potatoes with cheese and bacon.
  • 3. Bake for about20 minutes or til thoroughly heated. Serves 6
