2 pounds firm fish, shrimp, scallop cut in 1/2 pieces
1/2 purple onion finely chopped
1 cup dices seeded tomato
1 Serrano chili pepper chopped fine - any pepper of your liking
2 tsp salt
Dash tobasco sauce
1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cups fresh lime juice
Fresh cilantro

Steps:

  • In zip lock bag, place all ingredients, pour lemon and lime juice over. Allow to sit in refrigerator for 5-6 hours. Massage the bag occasionally. Top with the fresh cilantro and serve with Tostito scoops.
