Strawberries 'n' Cream Tarts image

These pretty tarts are a yummy treat when fresh berries are used.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 pkg package (3 ounces) cream cheese, softened
5 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp almond extract
1/4 c heavy whipping cream, whipped
1 c sliced fresh strawberries
3 individual graham cracker tart shells

Steps:

  • 1. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
  • 2. Beat in sugar and almond extract.
  • 3. Fold in whipped cream; fold in strawberries. Spoon into tart shells. Refrigerate until serving.
  • 4. (These tarts are just as good with fresh raspberries.)
