CAJUN MEATBALLS image

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 pounds lean ground beef
3 teaspoons hot sauce
4 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
2 tablespoon Worcestershire
2 tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 cup barbeque sauce
1 cup peach preserves

Steps:

  • 1- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease medium baking sheet 2- In a large bowl, mix throughly the ground beef through eggs 3- Form golf ball size meatballs and place on prepared cooking sheet. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until no longer pink. 4- In a medium sauce pan combine barbeque sauce and peach preserves. Heat throughly. 5- When meatballs are done place in a serving dish and coat with sauce.
