BUFFALO WING SAUCE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 Sticks Unsalted Butter
3 12oz Bottles Franks Red Hot Sauce
1 2oz Bottle Tabasco Sauce
1 Tbsp Horseradish
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp Cayenne Powder
2 Tbsp Corn Starch

Steps:

  • Place all 3 sticks of unsalted butter in a saucepan and heat until melted. Add all other ingredients except for the Corn Starch. Stir until completely mixed. Place the Corn Starch in a small bowl and add the mixed sauce, one spoonful at a time, and stir until fully mixed. Keep adding sauce a little at a time until you have about 1/8 of a cup of sauce. This is to ensure that the corn starch does not cause clumps. Slowly stir in the Corn Starch sauce. Heat on a medium-low heat for 25-30 minutes. If you wish to lessen the heat you can omit the cayenne pepper, use less butter or use less corn starch so less sauce sticks to the wings. If you like a thicker sauce you can use more corn starch, but be careful as a little bit goes a long way.
