BROILED STEELHEAD/SALMON image

1 lb steelhead fillet
Rub:
1-2 cloves garlic grated in oil
1 1/2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 Moroccan pickled lemon grated
Hawaiian black salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps:

  • 1 Brush pan with oil or line. 2 Preheat broiler 425F. 3 Mash together Rub ingredients into a well-blended paste. 4 Place fish skin-side down on baking sheet, then spread rub over flesh - marinate for 15 min. 5 Broil fish at second rack away from heat for 5 minutes or less, just enough to sear flesh but not burn herbs. 6 Turn off oven bake for 5 additional minutes 7 Drizzle butter .
