Broccoli Ham Quiche image

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 unbaked deep-dish pie crust (9 inches)
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1-1/2 cups whole milk
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
1/8 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 cup diced fully cooked ham
1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli

Steps:

  • Line unpricked pie crust with a double thickness of heavy-duty foil. Bake at 450° for 8 minutes. Remove foil; bake 5 minutes longer. Cool on a wire rack while preparing filling., Toss cheeses with flour; set aside. In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, onion and seasonings. Stir in the ham, broccoli and the cheese mixture. Pour into prepared crust., Bake at 350° for 55-60 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
