Broccoli Apple Slaw image

Sweet and Tangy slaw to help you get your veggies and fruits in. I was looking for a way to get my family to eat more veggies and came up with this easy to make healthy salad from the things I already had in the kitchen. I let it sit in the fridge overnight but it's not necessary.

Number Of Ingredients 7

6 ounces broccoli slaw mix
1 large green apple
1 1/2 ounces raisins
1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar substitute
1 dash salt

Steps:

  • Combine Low-Fat Mayo, Lemon Juice, Raisins and Sweet and Low and set aside. Cut Green Apple into matchsticks and toss with Broccoli Slaw. Pour Dressing over Salad and Mix Well.
