A very delicious casserole that is super good for dinner too!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a glass 9x13 pan with nonstick coating. Spread out in the pan the hashbrown potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Beat eggs and milk together and pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle the cheese on top.
- In a skillet ( I love my cast iron one for this) brown the sausage until done to your liking, personally I like it when the edges are crispy. Sprinkle the flour on the sausage and stir. Cook a couple minutes longer until flour is well blended. Slowly stir in the half and half until rich and thick and bubbly. Add pepper to taste.
- Pour sausage gravy over egg potatoes mixture. Do not stir! Bake for 1 hour or until eggs are set.
