Bread Machine Orange-Cappuccino Bread image

1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
3 cups Gold Medal™ Better for Bread™ flour
2 tablespoons dry milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 1/4 teaspoons bread machine or quick active dry yeast

Steps:

  • Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  • Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Light crust color. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack.
