Mushrooms, peppers and BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles give this cheesy baked penne casserole its super-hearty appeal.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 jar (24 oz.) CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
1 container (16 oz.) 2% milkfat low fat cottage cheese
3 cups penne pasta, cooked
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups frozen BOCA Veggie Ground Crumbles
2 green peppers, chopped
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Combine all ingredients except mozzarella; spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Top with mozzarella.
  • Bake 25 to 30 min. or until heated through (160ºF).
