Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers image

This recipe is super easy and a great way to serve turkey burgers! I do not put these on an outdoor grill as it tends to dry them out. The ciabatta rolls add so much but a regular hamburger bun would work just fine.

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 pound(s) organic 93% lean ground turkey
1 tablespoon(s) dijon mustand
3 tablespoon(s) blue cheese crumbles
2 - green onions chopped
1 teaspoon(s) kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1 tablespoon(s) butter
4 - ciabatta rolls

Steps:

  • Mix together the Ground Turkey, Dijon Mustard, Green Onions, Blue Cheese and Salt & Pepper
  • Do not over mix as this will make the burgers tough. Shape into 4- 1/4 pound burgers Add 1 tablespoon of butter to a preheated grill pan and add burgers. Cook for about 7-8 minutes on each side until no longer pink.
  • Butter ciabatta rolls and toast face down on a griddle or under the broiler until brown. Top with tomato, lettuce, onion, pickle and Mayo
