Sausage and Cheese Egg Bake image

Sour cream, curry powder and fresh cilantro add terrific flavor to this easy brunchtime Sausage and Cheese Egg Bake.

1 pkg. (16 oz.) breakfast pork sausage
6 eggs
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
2 cups milk
2 tsp. curry powder
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
4 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Finely Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Crumble sausage into large skillet; cook on medium heat 8 to 10 min. or until done, stirring frequently. Drain.
  • Whisk eggs, sour cream, milk and curry powder until blended. Spread dry stuffing mix onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with sausage, onions and cilantro. Add egg mixture; stir gently until blended. Top with cheese.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until center is set and top is golden brown.
