Steps:
- Pound meat thin. Marinate meat. Remove steaks, save marinade. Dip meat in egg whites, then dip in cracker mixture, coating well on both sides. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Saute to desired doneness in olive oil. Use some of reserved marinade to deglaze pan, cook on high heat until onions are cooked and sauce reduced. Pour over steaks. Garnish steaks with chopped cilantro and black pepper. Use without breading for Palomilla
