Big Batch Banana Muffins Recipe - (3/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 11

6 bananas, mashed
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. olive oil
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Mash bananas, stir in baking soda and vanilla. Mix melted butter, oil & sugar together. Add eggs & mix well. Stir in bananas. Add flour & baking powder. Mix till combined. Scoop into lined muffin pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
