My Mother maid this when I was growing up. She would pick the peppers when they were small, (about the size of an egg) and stuff them with this salad. One of my favorites.

Steps:
- 1. Dice peppers, tomatoes and onion into small pieces and mix together in a bowl.
- 2. Shred velvetta cheese. I do this a little at a time and fold into the salad to keep the pieces separated. If you use the slices, cut into small strips.
- 3. Add the salad dressing. It can be stuffed into small peppers or tomatoes,(optional)
