Beef Ramen Noodle Casserole image

I made this for Dinner tonight, it was yummy and no leftovers. :)

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 lb ground chuck
2 pkg beef ramen noodles
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
dash(es) salt and pepper
dash(es) garlic powder
dash(es) onion powder
dash(es) brown gravy mix
fresh or canned mushrooms

Steps:

  • 1. Brown ground chuck, drain. Boil water for noodles, when boiling add ramen noodles, cook until done. Add ramen noodle sauces from pkgs. stir well. Add ground chuck, let simmer in broth about 5 minutes, drain off broth. Add cream mushroom soup to noodles and ground chuck mixture. Stir. Simmer 5 minutes, stir consistentely, add mushrooms. Enjoy.
