BANANA BREAD SNACK CAKE image

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 egg
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp butter, melted and cooled

Steps:

  • Preheat over to 350. Whisk egg and brown sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla and bananas, mixing until combined. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Mix. Add in melted butter. Bake 20 minutes.
