Steps:
- Preheat oven to 450*. Line 2 medium rimmed baking sheets with parchment
- Trim asparagus anad cut on an agle into thirds. Place flour in one dish and eggs in another. In a third dish combine panko and Parmesan. Coat asparagus in flour, then eggs, then panko mixture, pressing to coat
- Arrange asparagus on prepared pans, spacing evenly. Coat with cooking spray.. Bake 25 minutes, until browned and crispy.
