BACON GUACAMOLE DEVILED EGGS image

Number Of Ingredients 10

o 12 eggs, boiled, cooled, peeled, and cut in half
o 2 large avocado, mashed
o 4 tablespoons bacon, cooked and crumbled
o 2 tablespoon jalapeno, finely diced
o 2 tablespoon red onion, finely diced
o 4 tablespoons diced tomato
o 2 tablespoon lime juice (~1/2 lime)
o 2 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
o salt, pepper and cayenne to taste
o pinch chili powder (for garnish)

Steps:

  • hard boil 1 dozen eggs and let cool to the touch. In the meantime, mash avocados and add remaining ingredients. Cut each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out yolks, mash and add to avocado mixture. Gently fill each hardened egg white with avocado and egg yolk mixture and serve.
