- 1. Mix the eggs, milk and cream fheese until well blended. Salt and pepper to taste. Next mis in half the cheddar cheese and set aside.
- 2. Spread the hash browns along the bottom of a 8x8 pan that is sprayed. Layer the bacon over the hash browns, then pour the egg mixture over the bacon and top with remaining cheese and bake at 350°for 45 min or until golden.
