2 cups squash, cubed and cooked
1/2 cup margarine or 1/2 cup butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup milk
2 cups cracker crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Pour into pam sprayed dish. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  • Can make this into two smaller dishes and freeze one.
