How to make ATHENOS Flatbread

Number Of Ingredients 8

1cup plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
1pkg. (4 oz.) ATHENOS Feta Cheese with Basil & Tomato
4 whole wheat pita breads
1/2cup ATHENOS Original Hummus
1/2cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/4cup slivered red onions
1cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
2Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil

Steps:

  • HEAT oven to 400ºF.
  • BLEND yogurt and feta in blender until smooth; spread onto pitas.
  • TOP with all remaining ingredients except basil. Place on baking sheet.
  • BAKE 10 to 15 min. or until mozzarella is melted and lightly browned. Top with basil.
