Steps:
- 1. Cook fettuccine noodels as directed on package in water. Add the asparagus to the noodles for the last 3 minutes to cook. Drain and rinse with cold water and drain again.
- 2. Saute ham, onion, sage, and pepper in olive oil until tender. Mix ham mixture and noodle mixture together and saute for 1 minute longer. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and mix. Swerve immediatley.
