Apricot Amaretto Sauce image

2 tablespoons butter
1 jar (18 ounces) apricot jam
1/2 cup amaretto liqueur

Steps:

  • Melt the butter in a sauce pan. Add the jam and allow it to melt into the butter. Add the amaretto and blend in. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
