Steps:
- Take pork and add to a ziplock bag pour in what ever amount of buttermilk you need in the ziplock bag. If you don't have buttermilk just do what I do 1-cup milk and one TBL of vinegar.
- Let this sit in the refrigerator for the night it will make the meat more tender the longer it sits.
- Take meat out of bag wash it under some water. Take meat add to crock pot then add the applesauce.
- Cook for about 8 hours or until its done the way you like.
- If you want add apple wedges to the crock pot about 4 hours in to the pork being cooked you will then have a very soft apple wedge to add to your plate.
