Apple Kielbasa image

This is such a yummy dish. I love serving this for a large crowd (of course doubled the amount). Enjoy :)

Number Of Ingredients 4

3 pound(s) kielbasa, fully cooked, cut into 1/4 inch slices
1/2 cup(s) apple cider (or apple juice)
1/2 cup(s) apple jelly
4 tablespoon(s) maple syrup

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, bring sausage and apple juice to a boil. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Uncover and cook 5 more minutes. Drain cider.
  • Return sausage to skillet. Add jelly and syrup. Cook and stir on med/low heat until jelly is melted and sausages are covered.
