This is another recipe I grew up on. This is one of several ways my Aunt makes Apple Crisp. Enjoy!

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Butter a 9 inch pie plate. Fill with sliced tart apples.
- 2. In a food processor add the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder, pulse a couple times to mix, then add egg. Pulse until you have fine crumbs.
- 3. Evenly pour this mixture over your apples. Pour melted butter evenly over the crumbs and sprinkle with desired amount of cinnamon.
- 4. Bake for 45 minutes or until apples are tender. ( If the topping begins to get too brown, before the apples are tender - just cover with a piece of foil. ) Serve with ice cream. Yum!
